PROFESSIONAL BULL RIDERS BUCKLE UP FOR AN OUTBACK SHOWDOWN

One of the key signature events included in the Julia Creek Dirt n Dust Festival program is the inclusion of the Clean It Dirt n Dust Bull Ride sanctioned by the Professional Bull Riders.

This event will feature some of the most accomplished bull riders from PBR Australia’s National Tour who in turn will go head to head against 40 of western Queensland’s toughest bulls, with the top 10 scorers facing off in the Championship Round to battle it out for the $8000 prize purse.

Julia Creek is guaranteed to live up to that expectation on the 21st of April, 2012 where real men will take on rank bulls in one extremely raw sport of man versus beast.

The Clean It Dirt n Dust Bull Ride will thrill you with heart stopping, pulse racing action wrapped in a rock concert, pyrotechnic extravaganza!

Unlike other non-sanctioned PBR bull rides around the country the Julia Creek PBR Sanctioned event offers Australian competitors the opportunity to earn prize-money that ultimately counts towards qualifying for the PBR Australia Touring Pro & Cup Series Events, along with valuable points which count towards international qualification.

Julia Creek is just one of a select number of Australian events in each state to offer this opportunity making it a unique destination on the tour as well as being considered a very competitive competition due to it being one of the last few qualifying events prior to the Australian Finals, which in turn attracts all the rising young rookies and veterans of the sport as they all via to earn the valuable qualifying points and prize-money this event has on offer.
